Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are essential in our ability to accomplish our mission. Without our dedicated volunteers, who generously give their time and energy to keep our Administration, Resource Centre and Childcare Centre running smoothly, we would not be able to offer such a wide range and high quality services.

Volunteer Position – Wellness Department
Organization: Thrive Community Support Circle
Location: Winnipeg, 3-406 Edmonton St
Shift: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Wednesday)
Commitment: Choose how many days you want to volunteer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, community-minded volunteer to join our Wellness Department. You will help support our team, which consists of counselors, students, family support, a financial empowerment worker, and accessibility support.
Responsibilities:
- Photocopying and organizing program materials
- Setting up rooms and preparing snacks for wellness programs
- Light housekeeping tasks (taking out garbage, disinfecting doorknobs, etc.)
- Supporting the team with program excursions and community gatherings
- Assisting with cleaning up after programs and events
Qualifications:
- Friendly and enjoys working with the West End community
- Knowledgeable about the local community or eager to learn
- Food Handler’s Certificate, First Aid Certification is an asset
- Willing to take Trauma-Informed Practice Training
- Flexible and reliable
