Join Our Team
Thrive is committed to equity, reconciliation, and building a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. Applicants are welcome to self-identify in their application if they choose.
A Criminal Record Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check are required as a condition of employment. We recognize that past involvement with systems does not define a person’s ability to contribute meaningfully, and a record will not automatically exclude applicants from consideration.
