Drop-in Child Care
Thrive’s Early Learning Centre offers child care referrals and connects program participants to accessible drop-in child care services.
Pre-scheduled drop-in child care may be available for parents who are participating in Thrive counselling or programs.
Care is provided for children 2 to 5 years of age
NOTE: This service is not available for a one-time drop-in or for an occasional appointment.
Registration
A child registration form must be completed in order to leave your child in our care. Please ensure you have all medical information including pediatrician information.
Our educators must be able to reach parents by telephone in case of emergencies. It is preferred to schedule a short first time visit with the parent available to be called if needed.
Please:
- Provide indoor shoes
- Dress your child for the weather
- Take your child to the bathroom or put on a clean diaper
- Come early to help your child feel comfortable and get involved in play
