
Anger Management for Women
Women will join our Specialized Therapist, Sanda, to learn to manage difficult emotions and break the cycle of anger. Release the stigma associated with women experiencing anger. Learn practical anger management tools that can help you address the underlying causes of your anger and respond in healthier, more productive ways.
This 6-week program welcomes all women who feel feminine energy.
