Our Baby Layette Program provides essential items to help families get started. Each Layette Bag includes blankets, onesies, sleepers, diapers, bibs, washcloths, and more!
This program is made possible through generous donations from our community. If you’d like to contribute baby items like sleepers, blankets, or diapers, we gladly accept donations to support families in need.

Thrive Community Support Circle is honoured to welcome Elder Billie Schibler as our Elder-in-Residence.
Elder Billie provides cultural guidance, wisdom, and support as we work alongside community members and families throughout Winnipeg. Her presence helps strengthen our commitment to creating a welcoming, respectful, and culturally responsive environment where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
At Thrive, we believe that learning is a lifelong journey. Elder Billie’s wisdom helps us continue growing as individuals and as an organization, strengthening our ability to support families, children, and community members in meaningful ways.

At Thrive Community Support Circle, we believe that informed families are empowered families. Our Family Support Program helps parents, caregivers, and families access the information, resources, and supports they need to navigate challenges with confidence.
