Supporting Families with Knowledge, Advocacy, and Resources

At Thrive Community Support Circle, we believe that informed families are empowered families. Our Family Support Program helps parents, caregivers, and families access the information, resources, and supports they need to navigate challenges with confidence.

Participants can:

  • Learn about their rights and responsibilities as parents and caregivers
  • Access accurate, up-to-date information related to Child and Family Services (CFS)
  • Explore community resources and support services available in Winnipeg
  • Receive guidance navigating systems and accessing supports for their family
  • Connect with a supportive, non-judgmental environment focused on family wellbeing

Our Family Support Liaisons stay informed on current policies, resources, and community supports to ensure families receive relevant and reliable information. Through education, advocacy, and connection, we help families build knowledge, strengthen their support networks, and access the resources they need to thrive.
