Thrive Community Support Circle is pleased to partner with Sara Riel Inc. to offer the Let’s Talk Men’s Wellness Group.

This welcoming group provides a safe, respectful space where men can connect, share experiences, and support one another while focusing on mental health, wellness, and personal growth. Whether you’re looking to build new connections, talk through life’s challenges, or simply spend time with others who understand, you are welcome.

The group encourages open conversation, mutual support, and practical strategies for improving emotional wellbeing in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

When: Every 3rd Thursday of the month 2:00-3:30 pm
Location: Thrive Community Support Circle 555 Spence St
Cost: Free

No referral is required. New participants are always welcome.
