Join us for the Men’s Support Circle with Counsellor Penny, Peer Support Regan and Community Support Worker Steve, every Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 am. This is a barrier-free space where all who identify as men are welcome to connect, share, and receive support in a safe and inclusive environment. At Thrive, we are committed to creating a community where everyone feels supported and empowered. This group is open to all, offering a space for men to build meaningful connections and gain the tools they need for personal growth. Bus tickets and snacks are available to ensure accessibility for all participants.

Come and connect with us—together, we are creating a community of care, respect, and mutual support.
