Brad recently completed a six-week anger management program at Thrive Community Support Circle, marking an important step in his journey toward self-awareness and emotional control.
When asked what makes Thrive different from other agencies he has experienced, Brad said it felt more personal, noting that the support here really stays with you. Through the program, he discovered practical tools that he’s already putting into his daily life.
“Breathing exercises help me manage the physical side of anger,” Brad shared. “I’ve also learned to think long-term — realizing that many things that upset me now won’t matter in the big picture. It makes it easier to let them go.”
Encouraged by his facilitator, Brad has signed up for ongoing therapy and plans to return to Thrive for continued support. His time here has left a lasting impression, and he’s looking forward to the next chapter in his journey.
