The staff know the names of the people they serve, their likes and dislikes, and how to make both newcomers and lifelong community members feel welcome and safe. I love being part of an organization that makes a real difference—one that you can see reflected in the faces of our community members when they walk in, knowing they are in a safe environment where they can access the resources and support they need.
