The Family Support Liaison works with families involved with the Child and Family Services system.
The Liaison will assist families in all areas, including wellness, mental health referrals, parenting programs, risk prevention, understanding the system and will act as part of a healthy support system.
The Family Support Liaison works towards reducing the number of children entering foster homes, increasing placements with family members and assisting with reunification.
